I just got back from Chicago.

I am in love with that City.

I can't wait to go back.

The weather was rad.

The things to do were rad.

Got to hit up North Coast.

That was rad.

The most beautiful people live in Chicago.

and they're super nice.

I wish I would update here more.

It is just easier for me to tumble and fb from my phone.

I like that my friends don't read this.

Its like being publicly private.

I'll be in California in a couple of weeks.

Hopefully, Vegas for Thanksgiving.

Hopefully Hawaii early in the New Year to visit the mom.

It has been nearly two months since my last post.

Dear Diary, please forgive me.

I was supposed to be in Austin this weekend. . .

I decided that I wanted to stay at home and paint.

My neighbor asked me to do the coverart for his music stuff.

blah.

Today is a very important day for me:

I have been a former smoker for 100 days.

It is my 21st anniversary of riding a bike without training wheels.

My braces are coming off in four days.

I will be riding down to Tropicano for a swim today.

I have had the most amazing birthday celebration.

This year was top notch.

It feels good to be the originator and not the imitator.

It has been almost 13 days since my last cigarette.

I lost the ability to drink shortly after.

I have my ultrasound tomorrow.

I'm not pregnant.

New job is going swell.

I have learned a lot, but there is much more to learn.

I'm excited to go work in the Austin office in a couple of weeks.

Just got back from camping in Marfa, Texas.

West Texas is like a whole new world.

It is just like in the movies.

I'd also like to squeeze in Myrtle Beach.

My homie asked me to stand in his wedding!

It will be an awesome celebration of friendship and love.

I was in this training class a few weeks ago for work, and the instructor made a statement that indicated that twitter was the stupidest thing ever- especially when people only tweet about their personal lives. I can see how twitter can be effective for business purposes, but personal use? Now that is just plain silly. I do admit- I have one, but I think I've "tweeted" maybe 15 times since I signed up in 2007/2008. I'm tempted to login to twitter to see how many people that only talk about themselves and take a tally.

I have an interview for a potential promotion this Friday.
HR contacted me, and already set up the second interview.
I haven't even had the first!
I'd hate to leave San Antonio for Austin, but this is my dream job.
